Everything was perfect: location, comfortable bed, room service (we got complimentary waters, chocolates, snack every day). The property is very clean, with all the facilities you may need (iron, coffee machine etc). Staff on the reception also really nice. Would love to come back!

I chose this hotel because of its convenient location and excellent reviews. My experience not only met but exceeded my expectations. Almost everything (see the comment section with the sad face emoji) was great — the view from the room, the amenities (e.g., two terraces, the gym — although I didn’t go there because of lack of time), and more. The metro station is just a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel, and it takes around 10–15 minutes by metro to reach the city center. A special thank you to Simon at the reception for helping me with my questions — much appreciated!

We loved it! Where to start… Personnel was super bice and polite. Room was moder and tidy, maybe a bit small, but that’s not so important. We had a nice view on the London modern centre of bank district. That brings me to the best thing about this hotel which is the location. It is very conveniently close to the centre (walk to the Tower bridge can take roughly 25min) and the surrounding area is very modern and safe. We didn’t had a chance to try breakfast there but one evening e went for a dinner to the hotel restaurant and it was very nice but bit expensive. Overall definitely wewe are going to choose this hotel for our next stay in London.

Best Hotel ever! We will come back without kids, more relax. Thanks for the nice receptionist who helped us with the taxi! Breakfast was extremely tasty, and what a treat, no strange coffee machines with third-class coffee, but very good filter coffee, which was poured by the waitress. There is a lot of staff who are very attentive to your needs. the guest feels like a king! Thank you for the delicious surprise for my 50th birthday!

View was gorgeous and privacy shades a great addition. Loved the staff's consistent attention to detail in servicing the room and multiple times per day. The large bed was super comfortable as was the additional seating. The buffet breakfast was stellar.

Just 10 minutes’ walk from the O2 Arena, The Pilot Inn offers beautiful, boutique bedrooms. Full English breakfasts are provided, along with free Wi-Fi access and a traditional pub restaurant.

The Location is superb if you have a concert at the O2. Very easy to get there by tube. Quite a large room with all amenities. Breakfast was super. Check in was easy and all the staff were really nice. This is our second stay at The Pilot Inn and certainly not our last.

Located 1.3 km from Tower Bridge and 1.4 km from London Bridge in the centre of London, Just an uber cool flat! London Bridge provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.
