The reception area, the restaurants, and the rooms were exceptionally well-designed. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff were also among the best I've experienced in London. However, this is a 5-star hotel, so these high standards didn't surprise me. What truly blew me away were the training facilities; they were outstanding!

Small and intimate, perfect location. I felt safe and it was such an awesome mix of new and old with so much attention to detail. The children were treated so well and the amenities were incredible and plentiful.

The hotel is quite centrally located and offers really good comfort. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was of very good quality and not overcrowded. The spacious rooms offer every comfort you may require.

Close location to multiple underground stations and lines, famous sights also nearby (especially St. Paul´s). Well-equipped apartment including the kitchen, air conditioning worked well. Helpful staff that resolved all minor issues.

Actual luxury and top service. Not shallow attempts to keep up with industry standards but widely OVER the standard for a hotel of this caliber. Plenty of small details from housekeeping that actually make you feel taken care of. I have never seen a better housekeeping service than the one here. The facilities are impressive and the rooms even more.

Everything was wonderful. Staff were lovely and very attentive. The rooms beautiful, bed incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was exceptional and the whole vibe and atmosphere in the hotel was lovely and warm.

It was such a good size for its value. Its location was so good, near multiple stations (both tube and buses), near lots of good restaurants. Amenities were perfect for my needs.

The position so close to St Paul’s, underground & railway stations worked well for me. Alan communicated so well, key collection & access were easy. Good lift and stairs available as well. The studio was fitted out so well - I self catered and, with the kitchen being so well equipped and reasonable supermarkets within a 5 mins walk at St Paul’s Churchyard, it made for an comfortable stay. Great bus services within easy access and a lovely walk down to the Thames and across to the South Bank via the Millenium Bridge. I’d recommend the sourdough bread from Gail’s Bakery, left hand side as you approach the bridge from St. Paul’s, and the church services at St.Paul’s for the choral & organ recital.
