The rooms were excellent, with very effective AC on a hot day. staff were very good, especially Soheil who treated us like VIPs. The pub downstairs was really enjoyable, a good range of beers, a lively atmosphere and excellent Thai food. I thoroughly recommend The Grafton and it will be our place to stay in London from now on. Price of room and food very reasonable too.

This is a lovely hotel with excellent quality mattress, furnishings, and linen. Great location. Welcoming staff (I was checked in by Clara who is a model of professionalism, efficiency, and warmth), delicious food and good service in the casual bar area. I would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful boutique hotel, situated on a quiet but quaint street, a stone’s throw away from the main shopping areas of Oxford Street/Regent Street. Everything was perfect - comfy, cosy, clean and tastefully decorated. It is very rare to find a place in London which feels like a home away from home but still manages to acheive the luxury feel of a boutique hotel. Thanks Magda team for a wonderful stay! George was waiting for us upon arrival. He showed us the property and even gave us some helpful tips about the area. He also provided a QR code for the Tesco Clubcard so we could benefit from discounts, which was a nice bonus. Overall, the unit was clean and well-equipped with good amenities. It’s conveniently located close to everything, and we will definitely come back.
