We had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with thoughtful gestures like sweets and drinks. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home right away.
The hotel is truly luxurious, with stunning and well-thought-out decor. I loved the elegant touches of pink and gold throughout, as well as the marble bathroom, which added such a sophisticated feel. The overall aesthetic of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and it creates such a relaxing and upscale atmosphere.
On top of that, we were upgraded to a better room, which made our experience even more special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a memorable stay.
A special thank you to Poppie, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Your kindness and care truly made our experience unforgettable.
We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on our next visit to London!

Great help from the 2 girls( czech& Albanian) so kind,smily and ready to help us to what ever we want.also the clean ladies were so nice.....they worked in greece and we talk a lot.congatsulatios for everything......we will be back for sure.The breakfast next to the fire place was simply the best,and generally the beer reception was something you never forget.

Catia's place is such a gem! Very comfortable for 2 people, the kitchen is fully equipped, the living room and bathroom are pretty big, and after a long day of exploring you get to rest in a very comfy bed. The neighborhood is very calm for such a central place, honestly could not recommend this home enough!
