I had a very pleasant stay at StarNest Shepherd's Bush. From the beginning, the host was extremely welcoming and communicative — always available, kind, and attentive, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
I stayed in the Studio King room with a sofa bed. The room is brand new, compact, but very well designed and equipped with everything you might need: a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, practical storage, and thoughtful touches that show great care for guests.
Although the space is not large, it feels cozy and functional — perfect for a short city break or business trip to London. You can tell the place was set up with attention to detail and comfort in mind. I truly appreciated the host's openness and hospitality. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is incredibly spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location is fantastic, with amazing restaurants and cafes right on the doorstep. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again!

The apartment was really good, very visit, clean with an outside seating area. Everything you need is provided eg cooking, there are pans plates cutlery etc. coffee machine. Towels are provided, hairdryer and an iron! Could not fault the place it’s brilliant.
