The property is beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was our host, Vava. From the warm welcome at the door to the treats and personalized local recommendations, he went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely kind, attentive, and passionate about what they do. You can tell this isn’t just a business—it’s a labor of love. The flat is spotless, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything we could need (and then some!). The beds were also incredibly comfortable. One of the standout features is the location—beautiful, safe, and incredibly well connected. Public transport options are just minutes away, making it so easy to get around without the hassle of a car. We had quick access to buses and tube. We also loved how close the B&B is to several convenience stores and local shops. It was so handy to be able to pop out for snacks, drinks, or any little essentials we needed, especially after a long day of exploring. This B&B is a true gem: perfectly located, easily accessible, and run by someone who clearly pours their heart into every guest’s experience. We can’t recommend it enough and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Vava, for a truly magical experience.

The place I stayed at was very stylish. The host is very helpful and responsible, and gave us great tips.The beds were comfortable. It was only a few minutes away from the Emirates Stadium and about 4–5 minutes from the train. Having many restaurants, cafés, and shops just a few minutes’ walk away was a big advantage for us. I’m really looking forward to staying here again.

This is the first place I've stayed while travelling for work that the owners should be proud of. The place was clean and well-equipped. The bed was so comfy, it felt like I was at home. I stayed for 4 nights and 3 of them were silent, just a bit of street noise on the 4th. The flat is above street light level so there's not too much light coming in around the blinds.

Beautiful apartment with clean spacious rooms. The bathrooms were very nicely done. Only grouse is bathtub in the Master bedroom doesn’t work for us. Though it was very pretty. Loved the heated floors in all the bathrooms. The bedrooms were quite spacious and with plenty of storage and hangers given. One very large King size bed. The second bedroom had a good queen size bed. Although my two girls would prefer not to share a bed. Plenty of storage too. The living room was large and kitchen well stocked. There was also Washing and drier machines. Location of this apartment was fantastic. Right on the Elizabeth line. Easy to get to the airports. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby for supplies. Really love the location.

We spent 4 nights in the apartment. The apartment is near Holloway Road station 2 minutes away. There is an Aldi nearby and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The location is great and we felt safe. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom too.
