Full sized toiletries ( natural, vegan, cruelty free). Big, fluffy towels and bathrobes (and bathmats that are *actual* bathmats and not only a slightly coarser hand towel). Nice rainfall shower.

This hotel had just opened when I booked it, so I got a price I doubt I'd ever get again. It's a beautiful hotel with nice rooms and very friendly and efficient staff. It is very conveniently located a short walk from Victoria Underground station and also Victoria Coach Station. The Hop-On, Hop-Off buses all stop near Victoria station. When we "overstayed" at attractions and missed the last Hop-On, Hop-Off bus back to our stop, we could just find the closest underground station and the the subway back to Victoria station for a few pounds. We also did a bus tour to Stonehenge and Bath and could walk to Victoria Coach Station in less than 15 minutes to catch that tour. Also, coming from Heathrow airport, we took the Heathrow Express Train to Paddington Station, transferred to the underground to Victoria station. It was an easy, inexpensive , and eco-friendly way to get to our hotel. The breakfast offered is excellent; a buffet with everything you could possibly want (see attached photo)!
