travelled for early Mother’s Day with my mum for 2 nights. perfect location for getting in from Gatwick to Victoria, yet still quiet at night. rooms have a kitchenette - a brilliant addition if you get in late and want to have food delivered! drinking water provided via britta filter tap in the kitchenette. lovely large bathroom with good shower. comfortable bed. the staff could not have been more helpful (shoutout to Jason) - every request was facilitated and everyone just so friendly. my mum is a light sleeper and room 401 was super quiet. could not fault it and will 100% be back next time in London!

This is a beautiful hotel in a remarkable location. There is easy access to the tube, taxis, shops and restaurants. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The rooms are well maintained and everything is quite modern. They serve wine and canapés every afternoon in the lobby which adds to the quaint old world charm of the hotel.
