Excellent staff, very polite and helpful always willing to help and guide us. It was our second time visiting the hotel. Excellent location just opposite Big Ben and Westminster Palace, kids friendly with a very good bar-restaurant. It is going to be our choice for next time for sure ❤️👌

The accommodation exceed all my expectations, comfort, silence, cleanliness, nice staff, pleasant surroundings, close to tube ...and absolute bonus was the equipped mini kitchen.. I am already planning next stay there.

The location was amazing. Just a short walk from Waterloo Station and even shorter distance to Lambeth tube station. Walking distance to The London eye and Big Ben and all the attractions there like Westminster Abbey and 10 Downing Street. The property was immaculate and very roomy with your own kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave and stove so if you’re staying a while you can cook your own meals to save some money if you wish. The staff were very helpful. We had a situation that Marta was able to help us with so we’ll forever be grateful to her for all her help. Can’t recommend this hotel and it’s wonderful staff enough!

From the moment we booked till we got home, the staff made immense effort to make us, and especially my 6 year old son special. They helped us with upgrading and getting a perfect room for a family of 4, with wonderful views of the big ben, added parts of their VIK (very important kid) package and a teddy that waited for us upon check in. The boys were greeted with balloons and jelly cart upon arrival and we had drawing materials left in the room upon our request. This place while luxurious doesn't make you feel out of place as a family, which is always a gentle balance that they got just right. Location is perfect and within walking distance from most things. Highly recommend this and we will definitely be back.
