The host was very responsive and accommodating, and meeting us at the property to talk us through the townhouse and welcoming us to Oxford was a lovely touch. Very clean and comfortable and good amenities, nice selection of coffee and tea. Amazing location - really close to the city centre, and the host gave us some suggestions of places to visit when we arrived, which was really helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was extremely comfortable, the toiletries supplied were of high quality, and the coffee machine was appreciated. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated in the centre of Oxford within easy walking distance of all places of interest. It was our second stay at the Hotel and if ever in Oxford again we would choose to stay here again without hesitation.

I would absolutely recommend this accommodation. Beautifully designed rooms with every little detail thought of. Very customer friendly. Great historical location, river view. Very good breakfast. Lovely place to eat lunch and dinner and with hotel guest discount. Boat hite next door.
