The hotel and staff exceeded expectations. I believe recently refurbished, the room was spacious and was great for a family of 3 with s sofa bed for the little one.
Nothing was too much trouble for the very friendly and happy staff, from reception, breakfast team and not to mention the housekeeping team.
I would highly recommend the hotel to family, friends and work colleagues especially if you are travelling from or to Heathrow as we were.
The leisure club and spa was also great, for me the pool and gym.
