Every one of the front desk staff was great. It felt like I wasn't returning to a strange place. The breakfast was a typical Western buffet, which was fine as long as you're used to it. I really enjoyed it. The room was small, but well-equipped and cleaned every day, which was great for me. Overall, it was a great value for money.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is very clean. Staff and the owner try their best to help in all the possible ways. The breakfast was super great. The location is also great, everything is easily reachable. There is a very beautiful park nearby (vake park), within 5 minutes of walking distance.
Having the breakfast in the common terrace (3rd floor) is also a plus.

The location is great, the reception works 24/7, amazing view from the roof, roof terrace with even better view is available for guests, enjoyed the breakfast a lot, stuff is very helpful and friendly - helped us to prep for the friends’ wedding. Absolutely clean, good location. I stayed around 25 days. I didn’t see anywhere dirty. Bathrooms and toilets getting cleaned daily, bed sheets and pillow sheets getting changed once a week if you stay long term. I wish it was a bit cheaper. I might stay again in the future if I’ll visit Tbilisi again.

Very comfortable and calm place of stay, 2 line from Chavchavadze avenue, so there is no car noise.The building is new, well maintained, the flat is comfortable and clean, comfortable bed and sofa so i could have rested and slept very well. Maia is really helpful and easy to communicate, I could have checked in a bit earlier and i'm really grateful for this opportunity and kindness to Maia, Mziuri park is two step from the building, probably there is even direct entrance from the condo's territory
