The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and security looked good in the area. Doors are locked behind you and only accessible by guests and staff. I had issues with my flight for the 9th and did a no-show, but they understood my frustration, so they didn't have to hassle me further to demand payment. I extended my stay by one day, and they waived the charge for the day I missed. My flat was very clean and comfortable. Domestic staff even tuned up to clean in the morning even though I checked in just the night before. They came to check later to ensure everything was working in good order for my comfort. Jackie helped to book a taxi and carried one of my luggage for me. Derrick and Benjamin were excellent in dealing with my pick-up from the airport and checking in. I am so grateful, guys. You are doing a great job. I couldn't have asked for a better service.

Great location to everything on Oxford street. Welcoming, polite and accommodating staff and clean, comfortable rooms. We had an issue with our hot water on the first night which was attended to immediately by staff and rooms changed promptly. Staff were helpful with food and shopping recommendations near by. Thank you to Michael at the front desk who was exceptionally helpful to us! We will be back.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Rooms are big and good value. Staff were very helpful and treated us very nicely and going out of their way to make sure we have a great stay even though we only stayed one night arriving late and leaving early!
