Very clean and well equipped apartment! Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Nice terrace. Every two days they change the towels, but no one has bother us - they did that when we were not in the apartment. Most important for us was the parking - infront of the building they have private parking spot for each apartment, so you always have where to park - not problem with this. All the pictures here that they have are real. Next to the building there is very good restaurant. Also there are several other restaurants in 5-10 min walk. Supermarket is 3 min walk and works till 11PM. We took sight seeing bus and they have stop for Planetarium - this stop is around 5 min walk from the appartment. The port of Pirea is 10 min by car/taxi. Calm neighbourhood, quite at night - also important for us as we are with small kids. Next to the building is the trolley stop that goes directly to the city center. Also taxi service is very good. We had a great time! I definitely recommend 10 Apartments and Suites Athens!

Spotless apartment was very clean with all the necessities. Next to the apartment were stores, restaurants and bars. 2 min walk from the metro. Perfect location. Very quiet at night and safe.

Everything in the room was perfect. There’s a spacious bedroom and a living room, and the TV is quite large. The host, Vasilis, was very hospitable. He helped both before my arrival and after I reached the house. The cleanliness was absolutely excellent. The ventilation was also perfect. The house is very close to the train station, so I had no problems with transportation. The street where the house is located is well-lit, and I could return at night without feeling uneasy. It’s also very close to the main square of the Kalithea area — just a street behind, where you can find places to eat and have a drink while enjoying live music in the evenings. Everything was wonderful. Thank you, Vasilis!

The apartment is amazing and has everything we needed. All appliances are new and well taken care of. It takes only 20 min to get to the main attractions by public transportation. The area seems safe. The hostess Voula is kind and sweet and did the best to help us providing tips for a pleasant stay and experience in Athens.

Simply a perfect host, who communicated smoothly with me in advance, waited for us on site, told us everything we needed to know, and showed us around. Nicely and tastefully furnished, well located, sparkling clean, spacious apartment with two bedrooms (one of which opens onto a small balcony) and a living room, TV with streaming channels, and great WiFi. I also found a free parking space on the next street, of course it's partly a matter of luck how close you manage to park your car. Our host also provided us with some candy and two bottles of chilled water, which was really nice after the long drive.

First of all the owners where super communicative and helpful. Everything was as expected and our stay was very smooth. We chose it because we had a car and there was a parking station nearby, which was available for use 24 hours a day.
