This was the best stay I have ever had in Irakleio. From the moment we entered, we were warmly greeted by a charming gentleman, informing us on all the details. When we got into our room, I was amazed that we had paid so little for so much. Beautifully decorated, clean, perfect matress and pillows. Our friends had a room next to us, which was different, and equally beautiful. In the evening we walked to the centre which was so close. The breakfast was superb! Highly recommended. On the 5th floor there is also a roof garden, also well designed where I could enjoy my cigarette, with a fabulous view. I wish I could have stayed and slept there for much much longer! I rested well in the large comfortable bed. Well done to Kastro. You are brilliant!!!!! Thank you!!!!

Everything. Literally, this is best apartment we have ever stayed in since we began using Booking.com.
The hosts Mr. Nikolaos is just the best, you could not wish for better host. He came to welcome us. He gave us a tour of the apartment; he showed us where everything that is important is. He also showed us where all the local shops were and all the things we needed to get started.
This is not to talk about the welcome pack in the apartment, there was nothing lacking. When I say nothing, I really mean nothing. For anyone going to Heraklion, this is the place to go

I am hospitality consultant in Greece and Middle East.i spend around 50 days per year in Hotels around the world.So I had something to do in Heraklion and found this with best location and the best price.let me tell you.This is one of the cleanest rooms I ever stayed.Ussualy there are details that even a 5 star don't notice and believe me I tried to find these and nothing.Clean glasses...cutlery..they where literally was shining.complimentary water in the fridge.nespresso machine.very clean toilet and not only where the client can see.the room is luxurious.for it size.the air-condition brand new and strong.Everything was amazing..I already spreader the word about the amazing job.I will visit again.
