Fast booking; check-in was a breeze. Though our 2nd room was not available during check-in time but they gave us an extension to check-out the following day. The front desk and customer service personnel were very accommodating (Mr. Jacky and Mr. Tom for front desk; apologies we were not able to ask the name of the personnel from customer service). The breakfast buffet was satisfying. The restaurant crew were friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The personnel who facilitated the shuttle to the airport were also friendly and helpful. Kudos and thank you!

excellent hotel and room space given the super price we got. i recommend as it is close to the airport. they offer shuttle to airport and MTR (train) station every 30min. breakfast buffet is a must, you got a discount when you book buffet a day before at the reception. the room was spacious and we got a nice view from the 16th floor. if i would say something, beds were a bit small for 2 adults but we may have not booked the bigger and pricy room given the fare. shops in front 7/23, couple of restaurants. you have also a bus station in front of the hotel that also take you to HK
