Location cannot get better as Airport express and Kowloon station just below the hotel.
Room on 30th floor was very nice with beautiful view.. next time more ocean view i want..
superb quality of entire staff right from the entrance..
as i had more luggage, the bell boy came to drop me at the airport express with out saying anything..
this is like a Disney culture..where any staff member goes out of their way to help customers..! hats off..!

The best hotel experience I've had in Hong Kong. Compared to big hotel names and luxury hotels that can be stuffy, Ibis has an approachable and laid back vibe, and very functional room layouts, with a long desk across the window for doing work/studying while enjoying the view. I stayed in two different rooms, sea view and city view, and both views were beautiful. The hotel's location is great too – steps from the harbour, close to the hilly streets near mid levels, many artsy cafes and venues, and is right by lots of Hong Kong's historic shops that sell dried seafood, which are well worth checking out. For a tourist during re-opening phase, it was so easy to relax here. The front desk was also very easy to access and always answered any questions I had in a super straightforward way.

The hotel was a relaxing place to come back to after roaming around the busy streets. The room was spotless with a stunning view, super friendly and helpful staff, wonderful essential services (breakfast, laundryroom, gym, shuttle bus, 24h reception). Fully recommend :)
