staff were super friendly and accomodating. Check in was fast and allowed me to head straight to the park. After I returned in the evening my luggage was in the room and I was able to relax. took me 20 minutes to walk to the park. never used the shuttle

The Frozen Suite is beautiful, with lots of small details in the decor, it's well worth it. The staff is amazing: friendly and very helpful, always ready to answer all my questions with a smile. A lot of activities in the hotel to keep the kids busy. Breakfast was good in the Kingdom lounge. This hotel is very close to the park, there is a shuttle but walking to the park is very enjoyable and takes about 10min. Would definitely come back.

Great location and convenient. Was given an uograde to a bigger room on my return even if it’s 1 day. Or has an extra sofa bed in it. Hope I’ll get another upgrade when I return in a days time. As space is impt for us to pack our luggages back.

I like Nina Hotels. Previously, I stayed at another hotel provided by them. Both stays were great. The last time I expected no less than an excellent experience, while they were keen to provide it. The personnel is helpful and always polite. Rooms are clean; room design is great.

Super convenient location next to MOKO mall and MK east MTR station. Perfect for families. Also a short walk to Fa Yuen street where you can go late night shopping (up until 11pm!) Huge rooms and comfy beds. Staff were super friendly. Especially the ones at the door. Helped us call taxis, unload our luggage etc. Reception staff could have been better relatively but they were still ok. Have a drinkable water filter tap so don’t have to keep buying bottled water.
