Location is perfect for a first timer to Hong Kong. The ease of train ride from Airport directly to the hotel. Great views of the harbour. Beyond helpful staff put us onto a Wine and Food festival that was happening the night we stayed. Everything was terrific, highly recommend.

Great location and convenient. Was given an uograde to a bigger room on my return even if it’s 1 day. Or has an extra sofa bed in it. Hope I’ll get another upgrade when I return in a days time. As space is impt for us to pack our luggages back.

Super convenient location next to MOKO mall and MK east MTR station. Perfect for families. Also a short walk to Fa Yuen street where you can go late night shopping (up until 11pm!)
Huge rooms and comfy beds.
Staff were super friendly. Especially the ones at the door. Helped us call taxis, unload our luggage etc. Reception staff could have been better relatively but they were still ok.
Have a drinkable water filter tap so don’t have to keep buying bottled water.
