Very helpful and pleasant staff. Location is great if you want a bit of peace while sill having the convenience of access to a train station. Very nice rooms, especially the size, given it is Hong Kong.

The staff is very kind. When I asked about a room temperature , they put an extra blanket and heater in the room. There isn’t a laundry in the hotel. But the coin laundry is near the hotel.If you ask it at the reception desk, you can get a map.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at the Kerry Hotel in Hong Kong! The hotel is incredibly well-equipped, with top-notch facilities like a gym, pool, sauna, terrace restaurants, lounges, and pub. The design and amenities exceeded our expectations, offering both luxury and comfort. Everything was just wonderful - the reception, the room, the housekeeping, the restaurant, the location, etc. Theres a nearby 711 and authentic Hong Kong restaurant. It's also around 3-5 min walk to the Jordan station. The receptionists were accommodating, they even helped us hail for taxis everytime we needed one. The room was well maintained. The restaurant, Kitchen Savvy, was our favorite! They were all nice that we even missed our flight! Hahaha! But if we ever plan to go back, we will definitely stay in Hotel Stage again!

The Mandorin was very convenient, room is sensational quality with a very comfortable bed. A la carte breakfast was a real winner. Jadee at the concierge desk was super friendly and helpful and arranged a wonderful Peking Duck dinner for us. Thanks to all of the lovely staff.
