The room was very spacious, the bathroom was excellent, the staff was very caring and pro-active. The location is not directly in the city center but next to the MTR that can easily bring you there or to any other station connected to other parts of Hong Kong. The breakfast was good too. Spa staff was caring.

Room is big. Hot water is strong making shower very comfortable. Buffet breakfast has lots of food choices. Self-service washer and dryer is a big plus.

Enjoying direct access to New Town Plaza, Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin offers a free shuttle bus service to and from Shatin MTR Station.

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks with our five children. I've seen other comments that the staff is not friendly. I could see why people think they are not friendly, Hong Kongers are not overly friendly in general. That being said, the staff was very accommodating and took care of anything we asked. Our flight out didn't leave until 7PM and they held our bags at the concierge after check out until we needed to leave for the airport while we did some last minute shopping. The hotel is very close to the MTR station and the bus stop, so it's very easy to get around. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, and Mc Donald's right by the hotel. It's also only about 10 minutes by bus to the New Towne Plaza, Hong Kong Heritage Museum, and the beginning of the 10,000s Buddahs trail. We loved the relaxing pool and the gym is great. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to visit Hong Kong.

Stayed with my wife and 2 kids, room size was good and comfortable. The hotel is next to a massive shopping mall so helps to get what ever you need. The MTR station is also in the mall hence very convenient. Hotel is next to a river so if you would love it if you run/ cycle / walk around you have nothing to worry about. There is direct bus from the bus stop next to the hotel to the HK airport so it is very convenient. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Only a 10 to 15 minute walk from Sha Tin Wai MTR Station, Regal Riverside Hotel boasts views of Shing Mun River which is lined with beautiful vegetation.
