A brand new hotel that only opened in September, everything is clean and orderly. Fast check-in process and enthusiastic and proactive staff. The room area feels slightly larger compared to hotels of the same level and type in HK. The room faces Victoria Harbour and offers a panoramic view of the entire Hong Kong Island. The overall experience of this stay was very good. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was great, the food was fresh and well matched. When there are many people, there will be a slight queue and seating arrangements, so there is still a sense of order and quiet dining. The doorman service is very good!
* The deposit collected by the hotel has been informed to be refunded in about 2 weeks.
Located in the lively Tsim Sha Tsui District and only steps from MTR East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, Kowloon Shangri-La overlooks Victoria Harbour.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations and it didn't just offer a wide range of options but also was extended till 10:30 which is great if you want to sleep a little longer and still enjoy the food. In addition to traditional Chinese style breakfast, there was also Hong Kong style and Western type of breakfast so something for anybody to enjoy.
