Location...free shuttle provided by the hotel to MTR station but we did not get the chance to use it ...but loved it that atleast hotel provides free transportation....staff were helpful

Pillows were very comfy, the location is perfect - right in the middle of Wan Chai and the staff are very helpful nd friendly. If you book early enough, this hotel is great value for money.

Staff was very accommodating. Great location; close to bus stops and metro stations, shops, and restaurants, including convenience stores. Not far from the Airport Express Central. Breakfast buffet is nice as well. I got the chance to eat dimsum and buns that I liked. And most of all, I got upgraded to a suite room!
