The whole experience was flawless. The staff very nice and helpful. The room was perfect, comfortable bathroom, nice view, great bed, great temperature, closet. Perfect. The breakfast really takes all the awards, it’s absolutely fantastic. It made it hard to go anywhere else when the hotel had such great selection of food for breakfast lunch and dinner. Spectacular breakfast. The whole hotel has a great offer of activities and spaces. It’s in a perfect location to explore Jordan and walking distance from the subway and many interesting points. The concierge service was great too. Everything ran smoothly. I’d come again.

This is the only hotel in HK i stayed where the staff from the Front Desk to the Concierge are exceptionally polite, helpful, and demonstrated excellent customer service.
Hotel location is a short walk to restaurants and convenience stores.
There is also Jollibee and McDonald's around the block.

Excellent location. Literally within 10 sec from the metro. The room was very well equipped and clean. The towels were of great quality, dries well and super soft. The bed and pillow were really comfortable (I'm a very picky sleeper so it says a lot about how good it was).
