1) Excellent location. You can walk maybe 100 metres or less from the hotel and there are bus stops for multiple destinations. We frequently took the buses 1 or 1A or 2 to go to the Tsim Sha Sui promenade (bus stop is Hong Kong Cultural Centre) or the Star Ferry. One day we walked for about 20 minutes to the Hong Kong Museum of History. 2) The housekeeping services are excellent. I have stayed in many hotels, but have to say that here it was very noticeable the way that the rooms would have been cleaned and made when we returned from our visits in the evening. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. 3) Very helpful staff at the reception who pulled up the Hong Kong map on our day of checkin and explained our location, how to reach nearby attractions

The location is spot on, close to an MTR station and is just along Nathan Road where shops are restos are close by. It's super value for money it exceeded expectation - room size, breakfast, staff. It's more like a premium basic - you pay basic but you get a premium service. I have just recommended it to a friend, and will continue to do so to anyone I know!

I always stay in this hotel when I am in Hong Kong. Wonderful, location is great and a great Western breakfast. Staff is exceptionally helpful, courteous and friendly. I can recommend this hotel to all travellers.

Amazing hosts. Both Mr. and Mrs Chan were friendly and helpful. Mr Chan in particular was very obliging and accommodating to the requests and needs of guests. He went out of his way and waited for me when i had requested to have my luggage kept at the hotel at around 10.00 am prior to stated check-in time of 1500 HR, he even tried to have the room made up earlier and mentioned that i could come back around in an hour to check-in if i needed to. Mrs Chan was very attentive and i enjoyed the small talks with her. Onto the hotel. The room was really clean, and had all the necessary amenities, and everything was actually working - previous place i stayed at had non-working TV, kettle and even power points. The room was a lot bigger than what i had expected of hotel rooms of that price range in Hong Kong. The thing i liked the most was the fact that all rooms had windows facing the street - a sort of luxury for accommodations in that neighbourhood. The location of the hotel is perfectly positioned in between the glamorous downtown of Tsim Sha Tsui and Central area and the uptown and residential area of Mongkok to Sham Shui Po. Overall, my best stay in Hong Kong, would definitely stay here again if i ever visit again.
