1) Excellent location. You can walk maybe 100 metres or less from the hotel and there are bus stops for multiple destinations. We frequently took the buses 1 or 1A or 2 to go to the Tsim Sha Sui promenade (bus stop is Hong Kong Cultural Centre) or the Star Ferry. One day we walked for about 20 minutes to the Hong Kong Museum of History.
2) The housekeeping services are excellent. I have stayed in many hotels, but have to say that here it was very noticeable the way that the rooms would have been cleaned and made when we returned from our visits in the evening. Kudos to the housekeeping staff.
3) Very helpful staff at the reception who pulled up the Hong Kong map on our day of checkin and explained our location, how to reach nearby attractions

Loved the location, the staff, and the overall quality of the hotel. Rooms are very clean and hotel is well maintained. I stayed here twice and would stay here again. Staff is really friendly, welcoming and professional. I cannot emphasize enough how clean the rooms were and this is the main reason why I am writing this review.

Location cannot get better as Airport express and Kowloon station just below the hotel.
Room on 30th floor was very nice with beautiful view.. next time more ocean view i want..

as i had more luggage, the bell boy came to drop me at the airport express with out saying anything..

A brand new hotel that only opened in September, everything is clean and orderly. Fast check-in process and enthusiastic and proactive staff. The room area feels slightly larger compared to hotels of the same level and type in HK. The room faces Victoria Harbour and offers a panoramic view of the entire Hong Kong Island. The overall experience of this stay was very good. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was great, the food was fresh and well matched. When there are many people, there will be a slight queue and seating arrangements, so there is still a sense of order and quiet dining. The doorman service is very good!
