Everything actually. Spacious and clean room with balcony, the hospitality and staffs are always ready to help 24/7. And the secluded location but short distance from Airport and to Dubrovnik. The hotel restaurant Agava serves very fresh and delicious lunch and dinner. We stayed for one week and eat our dinner there the last 4 days. Breakfast is also nice with various choices and they serve really good sausages.

The friendly and attentive staff. Welcoming drink was champagne. We had a stench issue with the room that we booked and we were immediately upgraded to a suite, an initiative from the hotel ! Thank you Rixos. The indoor pool and spa facilities for guests were amazing. Breakfast was superb.
