The breakfast was amazing, also the staff was very friendly. The location of hotel is excellent. The two other great things were free parking and wellness, which was open till 22.00 every day.

What can I say. The young receptionist called Elena (I think that was her name) was friendly and helpful and funny and her English was impeccable. She described in detail the exact explanation on the maps of the old city. Thanks to all the staff. Also Dora who gave me a leg massage. Everything about the hotel was perfect and at the moment remains the best hotel I have stayed in in the last 3 months.

Due to a flood problem, we didn't stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very kind and professional, and made a reservation in another hight class hotel, without asking money to compensate the prices differences.
