Really great apartment with everything you might need for a short or even a long term stay. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. Dea is lovely, responded very quickly to every question that we've had. Location is really good too - close to the historical center, 5 minutes drive to the bus station, lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the area.

Great spacious apartment in split within walking distance to everything! Apartment is on 4th floor with stairs but the place was quiet, clean and comfy! Good restaurant below as well which has good breakfast!

I am travelling solo. Location was perfect and I felt very safe. I was in the loft which had water views. Very big for just me but I think 3 people would be more than comfortable. Next door was a small bar with beautiful views also. Once in apartment could not hear any noise from outside. A new room on ground floor looks just about finished. Also with beautiful views. Would love to go back and stay in that room one day. Walk into the main area of the town within 2 min. Everything at your doorstep. Kitchen small but I did not need to use anyway. Bathroom very decent size and clean. Marija the host very quick to respond with my questions. Rocco her father is a gorgeous man that went out of his way to assist me. Although I believe he is rarely in Split. I would have stayed longer here but only booked 2 nights in case it was not good but they were booked out when I tried to book longer to had to move apartments.
I loved everything about this place.

I liked the room, the goodies (chocs, prosecco, coffees, milk, teas, croissants), a safe, great WiFi, awesome location, comfy bed, beautiful building. The hostess Ana was extremely helpful, nice and kind and was there for me the moment I asked something. I also loved the way the tray with the goodies was set up. I felt warmly welcomed. Extra bonus was being able to check in very early and check out late in the day. It means world to us coming from afar, not to have to carry the heavy luggage around for hours while waiting for a transport.

Wonderful, clean apartment in a great location, just a short walk away from the Old Town area. The apartment also offers free private parking in a nearby lot, which was a huge plus for us. There is a large paid lot right behind the apartment building as well, so it's also convenient to park there before check-in and after checkout. Mia, the host, provided detailed instructions on where to park, how to self check-in, and offered great recommendations around town. She was also very communicative and responsive both before and during our stay. Overall, we had an amazing time in Split and would definitely recommend staying here!
