All is great with the hotel and staff. Staff is always helpful, including reception, room service, restaurant, bar and spa. When small inconveniences occur with pool, the staff immediately suggest nearest facilities at same rating hotel with a free transfer to and back. Upper management is always in touch with personnel to help and satisfy customer need, - what a great service class- an example for competitors and partners! This Hotel, the bar and White salon restaurant, the New York cafe I would suggest as "must visit" in Budapest for those, who value best accommodation, food and service in Europe. It is a convenient own garage parking with straight lift to the hotel. The air quality in corridors and rooms are good. I also have an impression, that all latest WHO recommendations for COVID-19 prophilactice are kept and strictly followed by personnel.

Location was amazing! I guess it’s near some bars so can be slightly loud but not horrendous. I can imagine if you are a certain age not ideal for you.
But close to some great restaurants and bars and walking distance from all the main attractions.
