Everything was fine. Very clean rooms and generally nice. Food is also very good! About breakfast- Many options to choose from, each diet could choose and find something for itself (also gluten-free products). Very nice employees of the reception. Quick answers to emails with questions and doubts:)
Big Positives- include coffee, tea (many flavors and additives) and water for free 🫶🏻
Just one Negative is parking..like in Most Capitals! Fortunately, the staff offers alternatives to this problem 🤭

Lovely hotel with a small number of rooms in a great location in Budapest (near Jewish Quarter). We arrived back each evening around 10pm and area felt very safe. Breakfast was totally delicious and coffee/tea is available in the breakfast area at all times. We were there at very end of November to see Christmas markets - weather around 3 degrees - hotel warm but not hot (perfect!). Room was large with coat stand (amazing with our HUGE winter coats!) and large-shower room as ensuite - all were spotlessly clean. TV in room worked, as did hairdryer. Tea facilities weren't tried as we used downstairs tea and coffee facilities. Our room - room 16 was accessed via wide staircase and outside courtyard veranda (this didn't bother us) and a small atrium. Room had courtyard view so was lovely and quiet - aiding a great night's sleep. Beds were firm but not too much so - and very comfortable. Metro, tram and buses are a short walk away and hotel staff helped us download the public transport app so we could buy and validate tickets online. Reception staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, making sure we had what we needed, stowing our luggage both on arrival and at check out. Would not stay anywhere else when going to Budapest!

The apartment was very clean, spacious with excellent location very near to tram lines 4&6 or Metro line M4 and it takes you 20 min to walk to oldtown. The price was good for what you get plus you have free parking space in underground garage. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. When we walked in the room for the first time we were welcomed by complementary champagne. Learn by my mistake buy public transport ticket or you will get a fine 32 euros for each passenger.

The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful area, close to a tram line and the metro. The hotel is very beautiful! I really liked the hotel’s interior. All the furniture is new and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details (for example, each room has a stylish opening bar). Upon check-in, we were given two complimentary drinks from the bar and two travel passes for the metro, tram, and bus. The breakfasts were delicious and wonderful!

The apartment was spotless, very clean and amazing facilities throughout. The beds were very comfy and the sofa bed was all Made up ready for our arrival. The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English which always helps, they would always be there to assist us if required. I would highly recommend staying here to all my friends and family.
