Food and beverage manage Endang Efendi was absolutely wonderful and so helpful with service as well as helping us get a grab taxi off his personal phone as my grab wouldn't work ,
He was so kind and helpful as well as he talks great English to explain to us things to do in town ,
Very appreciative of Efendi help and kindness ,

The hotel was very nice and pleasant, we particularly loved the location and the breakfast. It is an old hotel so the facilities are pretty dated but kept neat and clean. There is a lot of noise from the neighbouring guests who were socialising in the corridor but that has nothing to do with the hotel.
