The room was big, the breakfast amazing, Dinner perfect. The Service all over perfect. Arranged at high noon a 5 hour guided tour that started 8 hours later, perfect. Pool and Spa nice. Staff is very polite and friendly, all over, we like us more often a Mandarin Oriental Hotel

Especially the clean facility's, super extremely friendly staff, everybody is so generous, great breakfast, so many choices, food and dinner is amazing.
Rooms are so big, very clean.
There is to be honest nothing negative about this hotel.
Vertu Harmoni Jakarta is the place to see Jakarta, nearby next to Monas, Glodok and LTC building, overall top location.
One more thing... a great compliment to Asri from the reataurant, super friendly and very beautifull woman 🤗

This hotel is coveniently located on the main road leading to National Monument and to skyscraper with the observatory on the 99th floor. The hotel is also connected to the Indonesia mall which was also super convenient. The room on the 15th floor was super tidy and spacious, we also had a nice view of the roundabout and the fountain on the road! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of food offered. The staff was friendly and really attentive. Highly recommended stay!

Aqua playground an pool also 5 star. The staff is always very attentive and friendly towards children. They offered them gummies and toys.
