All, from the moment of booking at Booking com till the check out of my stay! It was an sentimental journey and they provided me with all the things you can imagine from private vegetarian cooking for me to make my room feel home! I had booked so many extra's that way! Nothing was negative, tea and coffee with something was complementary in all areas of the hotel. Dinner was part of the room and this was cooked delicious each day different. I (Vegetarian) had an special treatment which can only dreamed off! Not a single letter of negative things to mention, when I left they gave me presents for on the way to enjoy the good local Indonesian food. It made my memories from the past so special. From all the hotels in Jakarta, I can only recommend this historical place. If you check in you become part of it, and no doubts this is not my last stay in the Hermitage from now onwards! I can only recommend more sentimental travellers to see what they offer and book their stay, please do.

It will be my first time to give a review here and I feel excited to do so. I cannot stress well enough how MO JKT exceeded our expectations. If there are three top-notch things I remember about our stay - it would be the service, the bed and room, and the food. For me, what makes MO JKT stand out is their service. The staff are all thoughtful and made our stay really special - we felt that they love what they do and will assist you in just about anything. In just a short period of time, the staff will make you feel like family and will go out of the way to help you.
The hotel also has an elegant and polished vibe. It was in the middle of a very energetic spot in Jakarta but every time I enter the hotel, I feel like I am back home. There are also good cafes around the area. Not to mention, the big malls (alongside Bundaran HI) are nearby. Overall, there are many other great hotels in Jakarta, but MO will definitely be amongst (if not our top choice) our picks when we go back!

It was a great experience.. wonderful hotel in all aspects.. Cleanliness, breakfast is very varied.. Room service.. the connection to the mall is a beautiful thing.. I can't believe what happened to me as I was surprised by a gift of a toy from housekeeping for my son and a message indicating their happiness with my presence..I've been touched by the kind gesture.

I love everything about the hotel! The room was really spacious and so was the bathroom! The breakfast spread was superb and had a lot of varieties. The location was accessible by car, train and very near to Bundaran HI as well. Got a lot of great restaurants, cafes and amenities nearby. Will surely comeback to this Novotel Jakarta Cikini when I'm in town. Not to forget, the hospitality provided by the staffs were also top notch, they never failed to entertain your queries with a smile. It was a really great experience for me and my family at Novotel Jakarta Cikini.

It's a very good hotel, it's very conveniently located at the heart of the city. The room was good & spacious with all required amenities, All the city attractions are nearby & easily reachable. The hotel has a good restaurant, and there are other good restaurants also very close by. The staff are good, well mannered and accommodating. We had a good stay and nice overall experience. Shall highly recommend it.
