The staff were excellent and friendly. The female staff, at reception, the cleaning boys and of course the smiling security guard at night. Gym was nice too. Coliving work space was excellent. Mart just next door. Brilliant Chinese food opposite reception/lobby.

This is the funnest hostel ever, always something to do and someone to talk to. Group dinners are delicious and a great chance to get to know everyone and the band that plays some nights is AMAZING. But the best thing about this hostel is the people. Wonderful people who make you feel like you are home. Especially Doy, Ardo and Bimo!!!!!❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for everything.

The staff was nice. All of them were very supportive. The hotel was clean and well managed. It has a nice pool. It was little far from Kuta beach, but they offered us free shuttle service to Kuta beach.

It was great experience living there, their customer service is great. They are very kind and friendly. They also help me withdraw money from their account when my card stopped working because of technical issues, later I pay them their money. Highly recommend. 😀

We had an amazing stay at Ramada by Wyndham Bali, and a large part of that was thanks to Ayu, the Front Office Manager. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When there was an issue with our room, she proactively changed it without us even having to ask—an incredible display of professionalism and care.
The food, atmosphere, and overall service at Ramada were excellent, making our two-day stay truly enjoyable. Ayu’s hospitality stood out and made our experience even more memorable. We can’t thank her enough for her kindness and efficiency. Highly recommended!
