Wowza!! everything from pool, Kubu beach, breakfast at Damar, properties. Blew our minds coming from a 3rd world country. We really enjoyed our stay at Ayana, we enjoyed the Rock Bar. We couldn't cover the 13x pools and 26 restaurants in the property (haha). But it was worth it. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

This property was one of our best stays. It was a great experience with a lot of amazing things. One of the biggest properties I have ever been at and also one of the most amazing. It is exactly as you see in the photos. The staff are amazing and helpful. They meet your needs at all times. The pool and beach were fantastic. Our own room was huge, clean and up to high standards. We had our own pool access from the room, which was very beautiful. The breakfast buffet was super great, nothing I have ever seen before. It had everything, a lot of options and choices. It tasted great too.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! The beautiful view was breathtaking, and the location was very convenient—close to everything we needed. We are checking out today and will really love to come back again. Everything and everyone is so good. I only get the name of Bella at reception. She was super attentive and helped arrange breakfast for us to pick up at 2am to go to Mount Batur, what an extra mile, I was surprised and so pleased. Service was so good, breakfast was awesome, cleanliness is good. Kids enjoyed kids club with professional attentive teachers as well. Only thing is that pool a bit dirty with bugs inside. Other than that, I'm just feeling sad to leave. Will return again. I feel easy and relax with a resort that is not calculative.. everyone is helpful. The shuttle to the beach was helpful as well. Keep it up Renaissance Nusa Dua!!
