We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel and would choose to stay here again without hesitation. In fact, we'll be recommending it exclusively to our family and friends. The location couldn't have been better—it was conveniently situated just 20 minutes away from Malioborro Street, and we loved that a shopping mall was within walking distance. Plus, having a supermarket right in front of the hotel made it incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist. When we mentioned that the air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling enough, they immediately addressed the issue, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary amenity kits, which added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. The whole stay was amazing. This small hotel offers the relaxation one needs after a busy day touring the city. Most importantly though, Pras and his team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Even before the stay Pras was quick in responding to questions and made sure we would have a safe trip from the airport to the hotel. During our stay, Pras and his team organized a driver for our trips to the temples and Surakarta and had great suggestions on sights to see and indonesian restaurants to go to.
