Everything was GREAT! Even before my reception, they were great contacting and explaining how to arrive to the property. The room was exceptional, so conforting and warming, the bathroom had a very good shower, they cleaned the room every single day that I was there. The location is also very good, it is easy to get to the city center by bus or bike or even walking if it's your thing. I have no critics to the staff, everyone was so warm and gentle to me, I miss this place very much and hope that I can return someday. You guys ROCK!

This is a little oasis on the outskirts of the city centre. The whole experience was amazing. We were 2 couples with a bedroom & bathroom each. The beds were very comfortable, and all the towels & linen of a high standard. We slept so well as the area is very quiet and safe, not a sound at night! There is a separate cosy sitting room & kitchen, all well equipped. The place was spotless. The location was great for public transport into city, airport & UCD. But best of the lot was Alan our host who was so generous and his attention to detail amazing. We definitely will be back.

I loved everything. I was greeted by Bruna, who immediately smiled and made me feel at home from the start. She was very helpful, even helping me with restaurant and bar recommendations, always very available to help, and I was impressed by her politeness, kindness, and professionalism. Mariana is another person who was very nice to me, very kind. Lilian and João were others who, when I requested something I needed in my room, I was assisted. A perfect team! The apartment facilities are impeccable. The building has a wonderful 5-star structure, an incredible gym, and a laundry room with world-class technology. The leisure spaces they provide are impeccable, with a cinema, games room, area to receive friends, etc. I will definitely return many more times. ♥️

The beds were comfortable and sturdy. No "sinking into the matrass" feeling where you almost fall of the bed when you lie down. Sturdy but soft, just like they should be. Plenty of pillows. The breakfast was beyond expectations, with good quality, warm croissants, fresh fruit, cerals, and a really good Irish breakfast. The times it was served were also long enough. The showers had plenty of hot water that for once was actually hot enough, and with good water pressure. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding, helping me solve several problems. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life and rarely have I been to a non-chain hotel offering such quality in all areas. There really was nothing concrete to complain about. Well done! I was sad that I had to leave.
