I had an absolutely perfect stay even if it was just for one night! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner's son, and Rachita. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly dedicated. She went above and beyond to help me, even calling around to help me find another place to stay for the rest of my trip. Such a wonderful person! Breakfast on the terrace was a real treat: fresh fruit, a delicious lemon juice, and a lovely cup of tea all in a peaceful and charming setting. There’s also an elevator, which was super helpful for carrying luggage. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything. The location is excellent very well situated and within walking distance to the city center. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well. In short: a warm welcome, outstanding service, a great atmosphere, and a perfect location. I highly recommend this place!

The property is located not far from big shopping centers and restaurants. There is a restaurant within the hotel too which makes it easy if you want to spend a day in as everything you need is within reach The staff always welcomed us with a greeting and very big smiles. They were very courteous Saikumari was so helpful getting us ready for a big day Prianka was a breath of fresh air at the front desk always welcoming Nitish was warm too

From the instant you set foot in the Radisson Blu, you feel treated like royalty. You feel the tradition and history of hospitality in the land of Sultan Tipu. The property is modern, looks like a ship from outside. We came to Bangalore for medical treatment . The staff of the hotel were extremely helpful and considerate and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. This goes from the top management to the simple graded staff. The culinary experience is another wonder at this hotel. An amazing breakfast buffet is available. The choice of food is amazing and all beautifully presented. You cross path with savoury dishes from India. Each dish has a story behind it. My biggest surprise is that the restaurant has a small gluten free oasis where you can enjoy gluten free bread, cakes, porridges, etc. It is amazing how their chef thinks about tiny culinary details and pleases all tastes especially when it comes to healthy food. I could eat gluten free bread, cakes, porridges, enjoy detox water and juices all day along. We dined twice in the top roof pool. There was music and the weather was just amazing. Food can be also served at the top roof pool if it is requested and you can enjoy snacks, tea and coffee all day long. Overall, we had a truly memorable and extremely pleasant stay. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you Mr. Malik, Mr.Adithya, Mr. Parhbat and Mr. Baldav, The amazing Chef Vashudaven. All SLO RESTAURANT staff, Nagi, Yogi, Roshani, Sashank , Ganesh, Karna. Thank you housekeeping department, will never forget your Jasmine flowers and chocolate on my bed every night. Planning to return again and again to recharge our batteries and feel welcomed. Once again thank you for making my medical trip to Bangalure magical.

Very neat and clean room, perfect ambience, the bed was very comfortable. Very good lighting, nice fragrance in the corridor. It's a hidden gem, worth the money. Have stayed in hotels across the world and would rate this as one of the best for the price.
