From the moment you arrive everything is about your comfort and experience. The staff are super friendly and nothing is to much for them. I felt overwhelmed by the hospitality because I was meant to feel the most important in the space. I was giving an upgrade to the Spanish suite and a view to die for. The hotel is nearby Gateway and the restaurent Bayview is facing the sea. It is a great value for money. Colaba causeway is also walking distance. The building seems old but from inside it is renovated and was very clean. The food was also nice. Great value for money deal.

Great budget hotel in the heart of Colaba. Nice clean rooms and comfortable bed. The staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants, and only 15 mins walk to The Gateway of India. It's a great base for exploring South Mumbai.

Spacious, clean, well ventilated room. I liked complementary dinner and breakfast, specially mutton curry was big surprise for me. They didn’t ask for any advance payment before arrival for the booking confirmation. Staff were also great.

Good location. Quite clean, above the standard in India. Good breakfast, even it is not a buffet. The staff there was very helpfull and english speaking. It was no problem to leave our suitcases after chek-out and hang out around. There is a well organised market in the close area of the hotel.

Very cool old colonial building. The rooms are very large, staff were always around to help with any requests/questions and even provided breakfast directly to our room. Despite being so close to a busy road it was quiet and comfortable
