THE LOCATION!😍 Also very clean hostel and bathrooms, they have communal showers upstairs so you can shower before/after checkout, very convenient. Staff was superb and very patient and helpful. Thank you so much will definitely book again when in Mumbai. Also the room was airy and had a cute little balcony. I was really satisfied.

Everything but on top of all the service. Trident employees really went above and beyond in multiple ways. Especially the room maintenance (welcome treats, cleaning, gifts they left in the room for us before our departure). Also, the amenities are unparalleled, our room had an amazing view and every little thing, from the shower gels to the bedsheets were of the highest quality
