Rooms are spacious, extravagantly decorated, with amazing views of the Mumbai skyline. Beds were super comfortable. The breakfast options are mind-blowing! I had an issue with a mouldy smell in my room - staff were very helpful in relocating me to another room in the middle of the night.

The room, the rooftop restaurant, the breakfast, the gym and the pool are really great. But what I found amazing is the service. Everyone from the concierges to the waiters at Aer (the amazing rooftop bar) go the extra mile to make sure you have a fantastic stay.

Everything and everyone at trident was exceptional. Spent a night there and i can't think of anything negative but it was all about amazing service feedback . The rooms were great, very well kept, clean and very comfortable, the staff was amazing, made sure that our stay was extremely comfortable.

Location in quiet area yet a stones throw away from a lot of great cafes, shops, bazar, sea front walk. The plants in the courtyard as you walk in keep temperature a few degrees cooler than out on the street which gives a calm, peaceful vibe. Decor is tastefully done. Highly recommend

James was an engaging and generous host. He made us feel so welcome in India. The rooms are comfortable, clean and private and food was served when we wanted it. James's staff were very helpful with our bags and organising transport. We can not recommend this place more.
