From the moment we arrived we received outstanding care from the on-site concierge. Nothing was too much trouble - from house cleaning to laundry and help with the local food delivery services. The apartment itself is spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. AC in every room, kitchen with fridge, kettle and microwave and a water filter which meant that we did not have to buy bottled water. Beds were extremely comfortable and the roof terrace was a bonus extra space to hang out in the evenings. WiFi was excellent. The location was great. You could get a cab directly to the door and it is walking distance to Ballygunge train station, a local supermarket, Gariathat and many restaurants and coffee houses. Would highly recommend!

There is a reason why this hotel has got the highest rating in this city. Impeccable services, extremely hygienic, superb hospitality!
The staffs are extremely courteous, very helpful. Since we had a late flight, we checked out and kept our luggage in their clock room. We needed things from our luggage multiple times , and the staffs never looked irritated or refused to help each time. They were so helpful. Very prompt response by the housekeeping staff also. We were amazed at the service. The hotel has a very modern look and is super clean. The facilities like the roof top restaurant is a must visit during the winter months. Very calming ambience.

A real gem! You can see the care they put in managing this place, lots of plants at the entrance and lovely details in the decor. Loved the sitar in the corridor that takes you to the rooms. The staff is really kind, especially the morning guard!! The room is pretty beautiful and clean, the breakfast is really good and also the food at the cafeteria. They also have a beautiful tea shop in the reception. This will definitely be my place if I ever come back to Kolkata.
