Taj City Center is one of the best property in New Town Area. The best of this hotel is the hospitality offered to you is superb. No one can beat Taj's hospitality as they will spoil you with services and personal care. We stayed 5 days there and we felt like home away from our home. Special mention to Mr. Sanjay from the room service who is the best to take care of all your needs. The breakfast is good with choice of Indian and continental choices. In overall one of the best hotel I have stayed so far.

Pleasant experience having decent food
Got early check-in without much hassle. Good for solo travellers and couples alike. Value for money stay, very satisfied. Food was okay, but could be better.

We Westerners need to learn about hospitality from these guys. I honestly felt like a king, customer service is exquisite. Staff very friendly and professional - absolute creme de la creme!
Rooms spacious and clean, restaurant has really great menu (butter chicken tikka masala with lachha paratha was a masterpiece for me), breakfast service is amazing. Everything fresh and tasty.
