From the moment I got out of the taxi the Service and welcome from the staff was the best I have experienced
Swathi and Efin were so welcoming and professional.
the rooms were very comfortable.

Breakfast was the best I have ever had Gishna always took time from his busy morning to have a word with us.
The Thai restaurant was amazing Anithka was brilliant and guided us expertly through our menu
we met the lady Thai Chef whose name escapes me ,her buffet on a Saturday was something I will never forget.
The facial I had in the Spa centre was the best i have had.
Unfortunetly I cannot remember the amazing beauticians name.
there so many other staff that made my stay one I will never forget.
Athin and of course Sulaiman who drove us around and give us some information on the way.

Calm surroundings and clean rooms with access to all facilities. I have stayed in multiple hotels and home stays in the area and this was best so far in terms of value and comfort I would highly recommend this place for business travellers and family. Great location (right across from Lulu Mall). Brand new property and thoughtfully constructed. Was super clean (which is my biggest requirement). Owner was there checking on the staff (which is why it was well managed I guess).

Great location, calm and quiet atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. Lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Easily accessible, with the national highway a short walk away. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
