This property is located right in front of a big park. This makes it quiet pleasant and there isnt much noise in this part of the neighbourhood either. I loved the setup of the studios - elegant and simple with ample space. Spent an evening on the balcony outside my room just admiring the natural tree canopy. The staff is quite prompt and comes to assist with anything. There was no parking in the building for my car, but they found a spot just around the corner - which was really sweet of them.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Such a great service 😄 can't explain about this the room was so good and the lighting is so excellent such a good food items and the items are so good the taste of the food is so delicious 😋 can't explain about this such a good time and I'll come next time . Recommend everyone to visit here if you come to Gurgaon .

The staff and the way they handle your requests or complains is amazing, Indian food is amazing, the service, staff was awesome location is very good, just behind iffco metro station . i like the hotel and the staff however, i would be staying there again and again because of the location. everything was awsm.....

I have stayed at many hotels around the world, including those rated 5 stars. This hotel would rate as one of the “very best” I’ve stayed at. It’s not overly luxurious but very well appointed. The Crowne Plaza Gurugram exudes a wonderful ambiance coupled with incredible service. Moreover, breakfast and dinner options and food quality is amazing. We had a great stay at kyomi hotel, The hotel was very well equipped, we felt like home! the staff were so kind and friendly and also very helpful. They took care of everything and They handled it quickly. The hotel was at a very good location, clean and quiet. We went for a exam in India and they make sure that we can study in a quiet place there. Room service was also very good. They even wash the dishes which was very helpful to us! I highly recommended it to my friends.
