I enjoyed my stay at the hostel boat and found the service to be excellent. the room was clean and comfortable, and i highly recommend this place to others. The property is neat and well organised. Food was good as well. We were 8 women travelling together and Imran had arranged for a Tempo Traveller for all 5 days of our travel. Imran was very cooperative throughout and made all other arrangements whatever we needed. Would recommend Sethi Homestay highly, for their homely atmosphere and the friendly behavior.

The hotel was very nice, we were surprised by the absolute cleanliness, which meets European standards. The hotel manager was very helpful, he was able to advise interesting sites in and around the city, arrange transport, etc. We were very surprised by Srinagar, it is an exciting and quiet city. We met a few tourists from the West there as it has a reputation of being a risky place, which is not true at all. Nowhere have we found such friendly people. The city is much cleaner than other Indian cities, we felt completely safe and the old city's architecture is amazing. Recommend visiting, both the city and this hotel!

i had a great stay! not only is it the most affordable option in the city but it’s also clean, comfortable and very cozy. food as well as laundry service is available. the family is very friendly and helpful! great value for money, if i come back, i’ll definitely stay here again!

This place is a family run business, Ilham, the owner and his mother, Mme Sweety, were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was home made and delicious. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need to be comfortable including a mini fridge, tv, a kettle and heater for winter. The owners provided me with helpful tips to move around in touristic places and also in Srinagar. They were a blessing on my solo trip.
