Excellent location and very peaceful, not very crowded like Dal Lake as this is situated in Nigeen Lake, service was excellent by Ashraf, Reyaz our caretakers & Mr Tanveer our manager were very friendly and hospitable, food was very good

Beautiful location, peaceful and traditional experience. Away from the Main Street which added an additional peace. Floating markets a must see. Highly recommend this stay when visiting Kashmir. Lovely heated rooms, hot shower and ample bedding for the Winter weather.

The boat was on the Nageen Lake in a super quiet and idyllic place. The hosts were more than friendly and extremely helpful. We are grateful abour our experience at the boat and would highly reccomend it.
