Set in the tranquil Nigeen Lake, New Jacqueline Heritage Houseboat (NJHH) is a true gem in Srinagar. This property is very clean, well maintained, and beautifully adorned with traditional Kashmiri interiors. We were treated to great hospitality by the owner, Mr. Maqsood his son Sami and their entire team. Special mention to Muneer for taking good care of us and our needs during our stay. We are vegetarians, and the food served was to our liking. The views from the deck area are beautiful. I would recommend visitors to spend atleast 2 nights to soak in the experience. We will definitely visit this property again. P.S, If you get an opportunity to visit the houseboat owner Mr. Maqsood's residence, pls do visit to look at his collection of Kashmiri pashmina shawls, carpets, clothes, etc. which can be purchased a trip souvenir.

Beautiful location, peaceful and traditional experience. Away from the Main Street which added an additional peace. Floating markets a must see. Highly recommend this stay when visiting Kashmir. Lovely heated rooms, hot shower and ample bedding for the Winter weather.

Warm and friendly welcome; much laughter was had. A fun and relaxed atmosphere in a stunning setting on peaceful Lake Nageen. Family-run with extraordinary home-made Kashmiri food. Imtiyaz, an excellent guide, took us round Srinagar and up into the mountains, again definitely worth doing. Whether watching the kites and kingfishers at sunset or watching the shikaras paddle past, it is a balm for the soul. I could go on, but suffice to say go and stay on the Lily of Nageen. Thank you!

Superb property - very neat and very very clean. On a serious note i really don’t like to spend many days at one location due to untidy spaces but trust me this places was super clean and beds and pillows were super clean. No shoes were allowed inside the property and the breakfast was just awesome. Aashiq was equally an awesome and super supporting guy. Do meet him once you are there
