Great location, extremely courteous staffs, the suite room is really large and very comfy. The highlight was the room service food we ordered, exceeded our expectation in both quality and taste.

The breakfast was like most of hotel, toast and omelet but taste nice, and they also served hot tea, it will warm your body in the cold season.
I was lived in a sharing room, and Kashmir have the policy of power cut, but the hotel people will give you enough quilt in case you get cold, the bed was very clean, people have no need to worried about hygiene issues here!

The hotel was very nice, we were surprised by the absolute cleanliness, which meets European standards. The hotel manager was very helpful, he was able to advise interesting sites in and around the city, arrange transport, etc. We were very surprised by Srinagar, it is an exciting and quiet city. We met a few tourists from the West there as it has a reputation of being a risky place, which is not true at all. Nowhere have we found such friendly people. The city is much cleaner than other Indian cities, we felt completely safe and the old city's architecture is amazing. Recommend visiting, both the city and this hotel!

You could choose what you wanted for breakfast, and it was always homemade and delicious. We also had the option to order lunch and dinner, which were just as tasty and thoughtfully prepared. The hotel is located close to Zero Bridge. The area, like the rest of the city, is quite busy with traffic. The hotel owner, Mr. Ilham Husain Bhat, and his family took care of us in the kindest way—helping with sightseeing tips, arranging reliable taxis, and always being there when we needed anything. Mr. Bhat is a truly warm and helpful person, and his whole family made us feel like part of theirs. Staying at Hotel Ikraam Inn was a special experience for us, and we warmly recommend it to anyone visiting Srinagar.

The staff was very good , the facilities provided were excellent. As we travelled with family, the stay was very comfortable.The rooms were clean, proper heating provided(we booked family rooms). As we had to board the flight early in the morning, the staff provided a healthy breakfast at 5:30 in the morning. Very co-operative staff and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Srinagar without any second thought.
