Excellent property with excellent stuff! We moved from the main cliff to Magnolia Property and it was the best thing we did. The property is clean, well maintained and there is also a pool in the property but that most probably will not be needed as the sea is at 50m. Nijab and the rest of the team are excellent! We had a health issue with my wife and all of them were very supportive and assisted us a lot. Additionally there is an on sight restaurant which is totally fantastic. If you are looking for a tranquil accommodation near the Beach, this is the place.

Villa Akasa has been our favourite place in India. The rooms are beautiful, perfectly clean and spacious. The location is amazing and the staff is kind and helpful. We were sick and they took care of us. We loved having breakfast in the terrace and the open air shower!!! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and clean accommodation, beds had mosquito nets which was great. Staff are lovely and make you a great breakfast (go for some local breakfast on request). Good food in restaurant right next to it and a short walk to others. Short walk to beach and other bars etc.

Very cozy place with a good vibe! When I was there it wasn't very crowded, I think it would have been even nicer with more people, but the guys who run it are super nice and the house and garden are really comfortable

We had a very pleasant stay at Nirvaan homestay. This place is so cozy and comfortable. It has complete greenery all around. You will get homelike feeling. Ms. Raji is a very kind lady. She takes care of the property and she made sure we are comfortable with our stay she prepares tasty breakfast in the morning. This property is situated at the most prime location. Most of the famous places are very nearby to this place. The helipad beach is 200mtrs from this place and is very beautiful. I would recommend this place highly for families and especially couples. Rooms are nice and cozy. Only we had issue with the AC which was not working very effectively, this could be rectified. Rest everything was perfect about this place. Totally value for money.

Property itsefl is very beautiful, very close to the beach. Rooms are nice and well equipped. There is very nice kitchen equipped in everything is needed (with washing machine) and living room. On the second floor you will find an amazing terrace with big table and hammocks. Breakfast is served everyday on the terrace, which are by the way delicious. Best thing of staying here is the greates host I ve ever met. Saajev is very kind, helpful and funny guy who can help you with anything you need, he can arrange the scooters and show you the neighbourhood. honestly we spent 4 nights here and had the best in India. I do really recommend to stay here, we will come back for sure.

Property ,especially rooms and bathrooms are very neat and clean, AC remote battery very weak so not able to adjust temperature, you can include tea/coffe along with breakfast, and Hot water is not available in the bathroom, appart from these concern, it's very good Property giving feel like Home
